IS REGULAR SEX A HEALTHY PRACTICE?

The answer to this question is a curiosity for many. However, knowing wether regular sex has health benefits or not is really an important point of focus.

First, let’s start with the physical benefits of regular sex. Studies have shown that sex can help reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and boost the immune system. It can also lower blood pressure and improve heart health. In fact, some studies have found that people who have sex regularly have a lower risk of developing heart disease and stroke. Sex has also been shown to increase levels of the hormone oxytocin, which is associated with feelings of love, intimacy, and bonding. So, not only does sex feel good, it can actually be good for your health!
Sex can also have mental health benefits.

Sex can also have mental health benefits. Studies have shown that it can reduce anxiety and depression, and even improve cognitive function. Some experts believe that the release of endorphins and other “feel-good” hormones during sex can have a positive impact on mood and mental well-being. It can also help to build self-esteem and increase intimacy in relationships. Additionally, some studies have found that people who have sex regularly report feeling happier and more satisfied with their lives. So, regular sex can not only make you feel good physically, but mentally as well.

In summary, there are many benefits of regular sex, both physical and mental. Sex can lower stress, improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety and depression, boost cognitive function, improve self-esteem, increase intimacy, strengthen relationships, and promote bonding and connection. So, next time you’re feeling stressed or down, consider hitting the sheets! (Just kidding – sex should always be safe and consensual, and I certainly don’t advocate it as a way to fix all of life’s problems.) But, it’s clear that there are many positive effects of sex, and it can be a healthy and enjoyable part of life.

Despite the benefits of Sex as seen above, it’s important to note that too much sex comes with it’s own drawbacks and health challenges. This is what we will be seeing in our next article!.
